I was worried the adapter would be flimsy, but the metal threading feels solid and screws on smoothly without any wobble. It lets me use my 150mm holder on my 86mm lens without needing to buy a whole new setup. Charges about as quickly as you'd expect for a simple ring, and it does the job perfectly

My 95mm lens finally fits my square filter setup thanks to this step-up ring, and the threading is smooth enough that I don't worry about cross-threading in the field. It's a simple piece of metal, but it does exactly what it's supposed to do with no wobble.

Took a chance on this adapter for my 86mm thread lens, and the fit is impressively snug with no wobble at all. The brass ring threads on smoothly and holds my 150mm filter holder securely.
